Isn't this the cutest little party, cocktail or special occasion dress? She has a silky floral top, with a solid pink skirt. I'm not sure what the fabrics are, as the tags have all been removed, but the top sure feels like silk, and the skirt is a bit heavier, and has a nub to it. It may also be silk, but again, I'm unsure. While flat, this dress measures 18" across the bust, 13 and a half inches across the waist and 18 and a half at the hips.
